RESPIRATORY SYMPTOMS
Any patients experiencing respiratory symptoms (eg cough, sore throat, sore ears, runny nose) are asked to let reception know. We require patients with these symptoms to wait in their car, advise reception upon arrival and the doctor will then make a decision as to where the examination will take place.
You can make appointments with your doctor by phoning the surgery on 43623162 or clicking the Hot Doc link above.
BULK BILLING
We ONLY bulk bill the following patients:
*Children aged under 16 years
*Green and Blue Centrelink Pension Concession Card Holders
*DVA Card Holders
Commonwealth Seniors Card and all other patients are privately billed.
Walk-in appointments are not usually available unless in a medical emergency or where an appointment slot is available, which may require some waiting.
We have 2 types of appointments: The “should be seen today” type of appointment and the “routine care, book ahead” type of appointments.
There are a set number of “should be seen today” appointments set aside by the doctor each day to allow access when you need it most.
If you feel that your problem is an emergency, we will do all we can to ensure you are seen by a doctor on the same day.
Whilst every attempt will be made to give appointments that are suitable to you, we cannot do impossible things.
It would be appreciated that if you can’t get to an appointment, that you ring and cancel it.
