Patient feedback

We encourage people to provide feedback whether it is in the form of a complaint or feedback of any kind, from people who are concerned about the quality of the health care provided by staff of Ourimbah Surgery.  Complaints and feedback can be made by speaking with one of our Reception Staff or to your treating doctor.  If you feel the complaint has not been dealt with in a satisfactory manner, then you may address complaints to:
